Join this event where the experts presents a new analysis that maps the perceived legal barriers to better use of health data in Denmark. Get the results of the analysis, including the three concrete recommendations.

This event is organized by the Danish Life Science Cluster in collaboration with lifesciencelaw.dk, Data Redder Liv, Dansk Erhverv, Kammeradvokaten Poul Schmith and PwC.

Technological developments with new data analysis methods, data types and increasing amounts of data create opportunities in the healthcare sector, but researchers and companies are experiencing a number of setbacks in order to realize the full potential for the Danish healthcare system and the treatment of patients in Denmark.

 

The report is created by PwC, the law firm Poul Schmith (Kammeradvokaten) and Jest-Consulting in collaboration with the Danish Life Science Cluster, the Danish Ministry of Health, the Danish Ministry of Business Affairs and in dialogue with other Danish life science stakeholders. The analysis was published on February 7, 2022.
