Meet the speakers
Lars Falch, Novo Nordisk
As Chief Information Security Officer and Corporate Vice President of Global Information Security, Lars is responsible for the overall information security processes, protecting the information assets and continued capability to operate. Furthermore, Lars is a part of the global IT leadership team in Novo Nordisk. Through Lars’ 20+ years of experience both within strategic and operational IT disciplines, he brings the necessary business insights and technical knowledge to align information security objectives to the business needs. Lars’ key areas of specialization: IT security, information security, cyber security, quality processes, IT compliance, IT validation, data protection, pharmaceutical industry, leadership, communication to executives and members of the board. Before joining Novo Nordisk, Lars has been working in NNIT and Deloitte.
Emil Munch Nielsen, Nordic Cyber Risk Consultant, AON
Emil is a cyber risk consultant for the Nordic cyber team, helping clients understand and manage their enterprise cyber risks, including risk assessments, business impact analysis, auditing and risk governance, to help understand interruptions and exposure from cyber related events and determine an appropriate risk management strategy between investments in security and risk transfer.

Group General Counsel at Demant A/S for the past 15 years. One year as inhouse lawyer at Pandora. Before that lawyer at Kromann Reumert for 5 years.
